Returns & refunds

At Skärgårdssavor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with Finnish and EU consumer protection law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at info@skärgårdssavor.fi.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless the product is defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@skärgårdssavor.fi with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us at info@skärgårdssavor.fi.
