Shipping policy

Skärgårdssavor ships premium Ugandan Arabica coffee across Finland and the EU. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Finland — all regions including Åland Islands
• European Union — all EU member states

For shipping outside the EU, please contact us at info@skärgårdssavor.fi for a custom quote.

2. Shipping Costs

• Finland: €5.90 (free shipping on orders over €50)
• EU countries: €9.90 – €14.90 depending on destination (free shipping on orders over €75)

3. Delivery Times

• Finland: 2–4 business days
• EU countries: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Customs & Import Duties

For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU (if applicable), the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
